You understand that printed colors may differ from what you see on your screen due to variations in printing and fabric. You agree to accept the fabric with its printed colors as produced. United Printex is not responsible for color variations when you skip the sample. No refunds or reprints will be offered due to color differences in this case. You assume all responsibility for any errors in production due to color. We strongly advise ordering a sample to ensure color accuracy, but you are choosing to proceed without one.

Copyright Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your design file does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. 3. Legal Compliance: You warrant that your design file and its intended use do not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws related to obscenity, defamation, or incitement of hatred or violence. 4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Printex, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to any breach of these terms, including but not limited to any claim of copyright infringement related to the design file you have uploaded. 5. No Liability for Infringement: United Printex assumes no responsibility for verifying the ownership or legality of any design file uploaded to its servers. We are not liable for any copyright infringement or other legal issues arising from your design file. 6. Right to Refuse Service: United Printex reserves the right to refuse to print any design file that it believes, in its sole discretion, may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, violate any applicable law, or otherwise be inappropriate. Agreement: By clicking the "Upload" button or otherwise proceeding with the file upload, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
