Sublimation is used for Polyesters. This is an affordable option that offers high washability, durable prints, vibrant colors, and a soft hand.
Digital Pigment is used for natural fibers like cottons/rayons/ linens/etc. Fabric that cannot be sublimated are printed using this process.
Step 2. Fabric and Artwork Approval
Email us your artwork OR ask to see ours. Submit your artwork for approval from our design team in TIFF/JPG/PDF/PSD at 300dpi resolution. You can also browse our inhouse library of thousands of patterns.
Send us your fabric for approval. We recommend sending us a minimum of 3 yards to begin the strike off process.
Step 3. The Strike Off (3-5 days)
Choose your sample size. We can print anything from 10"x10" to 10 yards, or both. Remember, please send us atleast 3 yards even for a 10"x10" sample.
Test your sample at home. Please test the sample we've printed for you. Wash it, rub it, stretch it, feel it. If you would like us to make any improvements, please let us know.
Step 4. Production (5-10 days)
Send us your Purchase Order & the approved swatch to begin production. If you need help making a Purchase Order, please ask your sales rep for a template. They can provide one for you.
Send us your production fabric with a packing slip. We will process this fabric and begin processing your fabric.
